Ulefone Shows Armor 11 5G Factory Quality Tests: Video

Posted on

Ulefone has just shared a new video on YouTube, this time around, the company is showing us the Armor 11 5G factory quality tests. The Armor 11 5G is the company’s newest smartphone, and it has been heavily promoted lately.

The Ulefone Armor 11 5G is a rugged smartphone, and it is being submitted to a series of quality tests before it becomes available for purchase. Ulefone wants to make sure that each unit is at a certain level of quality and durability.

The Ulefone Armor 11 5G factory quality testing includes quite a few different tests

The Ulefone Armor 11 5G passes through a series of tests, over 300,000 of them, before it is cleared for shipping. These tests include button pressing, soft pressing, USB endurance, mini-drop endurance, screen touches, ball impact of different weights, tumble test, 1.5mm directional dropping, and more.

The company even submits the Armor 11 5G to a high and low temperature resistance (55 and -20 degrees Celsius). Not every unit is submitted to these before shipping, of course, as that would render them not new.

The company does make sure that every unit it sells is at a certain level of quality, as it has to pass through a specific list of quality checks. Those units are made based on the units that pass factory quality tests.

This video will show you that the company issues 100,000 press tests. The crushing test is performed 2,000 times, and the USB endurance test 5,000 times. The mini-drop endurance test got performed 5,000 times, and so on.

This phone comes with a large battery, wireless charging, and a penta camera setup

The Ulefone Armor 11 5G is water resistant, as it is dust and drop resistant as well. The phone is fueled by the MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC, and it comes with 8 GB of RAM. The company also included 256 GB of storage on the inside.

This smartphone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, and it supports 10W wireless charging. A 6.1-inch display with a waterdrop notch is included, and a 48-megapixel camera leads a penta camera setup.

The company is giving away five Armor 11 5G units, and 10 Ulefone Watch units as we speak. This phone is not available to purchase yet, but it will be soon.
